Features

Simplified Modeless Control

Turn on your equipment and follow the steps below to set up your remote.

Be sure to point the remote at your equipment during setup.

Step 1:

Press and hold MUTE and OK keys until the TV POWER key blinks twice.

Step 2:

Using the digit keys on the remote, enter the code shown in the CodeFinder on this web page.

Step 3:

Test the remote to confirm that it controls your device as expected. If it does not, try again using the next code listed.

Turn on the TV or Audio Device you wish to control and follow the steps below.

Be sure to point the remote at your equipment during setup.

Step 1:

Press and hold the MUTE and OK keys until the TV POWER key blinks twice.

Step 2:

Enter 9-9-1 using the digit keys on the remote.

Step 3:

To search for a TV code, press 1. To search an audio code, press 3.

Step 4:

Aim the remote at your equipment and press the Channel UP key repeatedly until the device turns off.

Step 5:

Press the OK key to save the working code. The TV POWER key will flash twice.

Volume controls on the remote default to control the TV unless the remote is programmed for an audio device.

To manually set the volume controls, follow the steps below.

Step 1:

Press and hold MUTE and OK keys until the mode key blinks twice.

Step 2:

Enter 9-9-3 using the digit keys on the remote.

Step 3:

Press the 1 key to assign volume controls to the TV. Press the 3 key to assign volume controls to the audio device.

POWER/INPUT KEYS

  • TV POWER turns TV on and off
  • CBL POWER turns Cable Box on and off
  • TV Source used change video inputs on TV

NAVIGATION KEYS

  • A-D KEYS used for special functions displayed on your cable menus
  • INFO displays information on current selected program
  • GUIDE displays the program guide
  • BACK displays the previous menu screen
  • MENU displays main cable menu
  • 900 displays ON DEMAND content
  • EXIT Exits current on-sceen display
  • LAST returns to the previously selected channel

PLAYBACK CONTROLS

  • LIST displays list of DVR recordings
  • FF/PAUSE/PLAY/REW/SKIP BACK/SKIP FWD/STOP/ used to control playback of live, recorded, or On Demand programs
  • RECORD press to record selected program

Frequently Asked Questions

Make sure that the battery tab has been removed.

Ensure that your TV is on. Be sure to pair the remote and that you entered the correct 3-digit code when pairing.

This remote comes with VOLUME LOCK defaulted to control volume using your TV.  To change VOLUME LOCK to another device, follow the VOLUME LOCK programming instructions in the SETUP section of this site.

To control your equipment, be sure to do the following:

  • Point the remote at the equipment when using it, making sure that there is a clear line of sight.
  • The LED on the remote should blink with each keypress. If not, replace the batteries.
  • The remote needs to be programmed in order to control your equipment.
  • Follow the instructions in the setup section of this site to program the remote.

Five blinks means that your batteries are low and need to be replaced soon.
