Setup Instructions

For best results, join the device to your system before installation.

Step 1:

Remove the top cover by prying at one of the tabs on either side.

Step 2:

Set your panel into program mode or your ecosystem management application to accept new devices. Refer to your specific alarm panel or smart home application instruction manual for details on how to complete this step.

Step 3:

Once your system is ready to accept a new device, place the batteries into the sensor.

Step 4:

If your system asks you to “trigger” the sensor to complete the joining process, press the tamper button.

Step 1:

Secure the sensor to the location of install (so it can not easily be moved away), use the protective cover and mounting screws to secure the sensor.
Place the sensor conductive pads down in the location you would like to monitor for water presence.
