Why is my remote not working?

Refer the following instructions.

1. The batteries in your remote control may have become dislodged or are drained. Open the battery cover and make sure the batteries are properly seated.
2. Make sure your remote is paired with your Set-Top-Box.
3. Press a few buttons like Guide, Menu, Info.  If the indicator LED flashes briefly, the batteries are working. If the indicator LED does not flash, your batteries need to be replaced.
