If the device turns OFF (or MUTES*), your remote is ready to use. If not, repeat steps 1-6 with the next code in the list.
If one or more keys do work as you expect, start again at step 1.
If you have already set up a Set Top Box and you are setting up Audio as well, please try the Mute key during step 6.
