How do I get the Voice Control to work properly?

Refer the following instructions.

1. Be sure that the remote has been paired with the Set-Top-Box.
2. You must press and hold the blue microphone button (Voice Search button) while speaking so the Fios TV One can respond to your search requests and commands.
3. Speak normally and hold the Fios TV Voice Remote about 12 inches away from your mouth. If held too closely, your voice may be distorted and difficult for your Fios TV Voice Remote to understand.
